I am currently based in the UK and working as a Lecturer and a Deputy Program Director for BSc Information Management for Business degree at the University College London, School of ManagementOver several years in my teaching career, I have developed, organized, advised, and/ or lectured on courses and modules in the areas of project management, international business, marketing, strategic management, innovations, knowledge management, entrepreneurship, and business negotiations, at various institutions in the UK, Finland, Poland, and Hong Kong. 

Throughout my time in Higher Education, I have focused on delivering a high-quality student experience through innovative and flexible pedagogies, for which I am recognized as a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (SFHEA) and have been assessing applications for HEA Fellowships for the past seven years. I am also a Certified Management & Business Educator (CMBE) and an Advanced HE accredited External Examiner. I

I am a full member (MAPM) of the Association for Project Management. I hold several project management and quality management qualifications (Agile Scrum Master, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, P3O, Environmental Manager Certificate, Quality Manager Certificate, etc.). Finally, I am recognized as a Mental Health First Aid (MFHA) Champion.

Before joining academia, I worked for ABB Power Transformers as a quality management specialist, gaining first-hand experience managing quality in large projects delivered to customers worldwide. I also have experience working at the financial office supporting companies preparing for IPO and FPO.
